A desk day on MONAF: enter, mark, leave, and take the profit back
Four actions, in that order, with a stop between each. Most of the mess on a trading screen comes from doing step four while step two is still a guess.

A session is four jobs. Put MON where the trade will spend it. Enter once, at a size whose round trip is smaller than the target. Read the mark until it is either the exit you planned or a reason to leave early. Close, and do not watch the receipt. Only then look at the trading key, and only withdraw what sits above the float. Doing them out of order is how a profit button gets mistaken for a close, and a close gets mistaken for an unstake.
Before any signature
Confirm the wallet is on chain 143. The symbol is MON. The chain id in hex is 0x8f. A wallet that still says Ethereum will sign a transaction that does not touch this book. Read the pay chip. If you intend a 50 MON clip, the chip or the vault must show more than 50, plus a little for gas if the wallet itself is paying. Gas on a 350,000 limit at the 100 gwei floor is 0.035 MON. That is the right order of magnitude. It is not a bill to fear, and it is not a reason to approve an unlimited spend you do not understand.
Enter once
Pick the card whose meter and whose sentence agree, using the call guide. Set the hold, the stop and the target before the size, not after. Tap Enter once. If the vault is empty and the wallet is not, the wallet signs. If you see “no quote”, the pool price on the card is what should have been used. If you see a revert about 0 MON, you aimed at the wrong pile. Fix the pile. Do not raise the size.
When the toast says the position is open, go to My money. The card should be there, with the same symbol and the same spent MON. If you entered three times, three cards should be there, largest value first, including small ones. A missing card with tokens still in the wallet is a notebook problem. The tokens are the position. Note the hash of each entry. You will want it if a card later disagrees with the wallet.
One entry, one card, one hash. If you cannot point at the hash, you do not yet know whether you have a position.
Mark, then leave
The profit line moves with the pool and, between reads, with the short tape. A jump of more than one percent in a single tick is a corrected coin count, not a speed, and it should not be integrated into the counter. Trust the back amount and the percent. Leave when the stop, the target, or the hold says so, or when you simply want out. Tap Close once. The card leaves when the hash exists. Paste the hash only if you need to prove it to yourself. Do not tap Close on a card that has already gone.
Profit last
After the closes, the trading key may hold more than 0.25 MON because fees were topped up onto it, or less because it paid gas. Withdraw profit sends only the surplus, to the vault owner. It does not sell WBTC. It does not unstake aprMON. It does not sweep the wallet. If the button is absent, the surplus is absent. That is a balance, not a bug. Compare it with the key address on an explorer before you decide the button is broken.
Stop for the day when
Every open card is a position you meant to keep. Every hash you care about has a receipt you have at least glanced at. The wallet’s leftover MON still covers gas. The key still has its float. You can say, without opening the app, what you hold and what you are waiting on. If you cannot, you are not done, and another entry will not finish the sentence.
